An introduction to sustainable food growing (as we practice it in Buddha Garden). We will also present the history of the Buddha Garden Farm and the way we developed our sustainable farming methods.

Purpose :To help participants understand the nature of sustainable food growing as we practice it in Buddha Garden. The aim of this approach is to help individuals take a new appreciation of what they eat and consume.
Approach :The pedagogical approach involves the following: o Introductory lecture on sustainable farming methods and Buddha Garden history o A walk around the garden demonstrating and explaining what we do. o A question and answer session.
