Context of the need
At STEM Land we follow an innovative learning paradigm of science and engineering where children are given the freedom to plan their work and work towards acquiring competencies. This helps them take responsibility of their own learning and also demonstrate their learning through creativity and projects they can build in this process. In addition the children work with peers and adults in an equal environment.
