Daily tasks: Volunteers will take part in all aspects of developing the housing and garden. They will take part in the construction of bamboo huts, in collaboration with experienced workers of the Bamboo center. They will work on the development of the garden, using permaculture principles. After a period of time, a committed volunteer could take over the coordination of the project.

Daily tasks: Different activities/ helping hand can be identified ranging from paper cutting ,card board cutting , gluing , trimming, painting etc. The WELL women will instruct and take forward the volunteer , step by step as the ability grows with the passage of time and mutual trust develops. The WELL women will decide the timing of your gradual stages of involvement in the production. Many additional opportunities can also be taken up at WELL by the volunteer with gardening , compound maintenance , store room help , packing and parceling help ,photos up loading , empowerment classes etc. A Volunteer is also free to explore other activities and suggest new ideas of generating income for the WELL women empowerment program.
Daily tasks: Assistance for the establishment of the social enterprise: marketing strategy, development and actions plans. Consolidate the initial work. Defining outreach media and modalities. Assist in the preparation of workshops, conferences and training sessions. Communication and Social Media. Update our data base and follow up of our contacts.
Daily tasks: would require aid in developing the camp site followed by construction work which would be under the guidance of the Team. Many additional opportunities could be taken up in the areas of design, architecture, web design, event management, project management, funding & marketing, coordinating with student exchange programs.
Daily tasks: Coordinating Hygiene Program at AV food processing units, eateries and school and guest houses and Senior Home care, either at individual homes of the seniors or at Marika Home (which functions as a Senior Home for max. 5 seniors)
at Udavi School
Daily tasks: Volunteer would be required to take one to one sessions of English reading and writing with students. A schedule will be prepared in consultation with the project incharge at Udhavi to assist students. Many additional opportunities can also be taken up by the volunteer with music, art, craft, gardening etc. A volunteer is also free to explore and implement new ideas after discussion with the management team .
Daily tasks: Help in designing new products for our social enterprise, training and fine tuning the women in making the new and existing products, managing the production, preparing the catologue and promotional materials and if possible help in marketing.
Daily tasks: Although more closely associated with the work in the kitchen garden, the volunteer will, like everyone else who lives in Buddha Garden, participate in the morning work sessions 6.15 – 9.00am every morning Monday to Friday. Work takes place in the kitchen garden at this time only if there are enough volunteers for the other farm work. For the kitchen garden there are two or three extra sessions either 10.00 – 12.30pm or 4.00 – 5.30pm according to need. Volunteers sign up for two extra sessions in addition to the morning work sessions.
