Animal Caretaker at the Auroville Dog Shelter

Caring for our 300 dogs and puppies, providing them with love and attention, assisting our veterinarian, and supporting our dedicated care team.

You will gain extensive knowledge about animal care, discover the unique personalities of Indie dogs and develop a deep affection for them. You'll receive training in basic veterinary care, have the opportunity to learn physiotherapy techniques for our paralyzed dogs, indulge them with baths, accompany them on walks, administer syrups, participate in rescues, or acquire skills in socializing and training Indian street dogs – the best dogs in the world!
