Opportunity Description

We are looking for a volunteer with expertise in customer support for a service-based organization.

Responsibilities entail:
1. Outbound Calls:
Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients or customers to target for outbound calls.
Cold Calling: Initiate calls to leads or prospects who may not be familiar with the product or service.
Product/Service Presentation: Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product or service to potential clients.
Qualification: Determine if the lead is a good fit for the product or service by asking relevant questions and assessing their needs.

2. Maintaining Spreadsheet Follow-up:
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with clients or prospects over time.
Customer Engagement: Keep clients informed about updates, promotions, or new products/services through regular follow-up.
Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by clients and work towards solutions.

This is an office-based position with flexible meeting hours (9 am-5 pm IST). Prior experience in the service industry is preferred. No maintenance support will be offered on a volunteer basis. Duration is 6 to 8 months as a volunteer.
