First familiarizing with AVAG; creating outreach and informational materials and then identifying, writing and submitting project proposals. Innovating previously untried approaches to networking. Assist with funding strategy and budget planning.
Skills gained
It is a wonderful way for young people to gain insights and to contribute to a worthy and fulfilling cause. One can understand how an NGO operates and implements development projects and get a better perspective of the challenges faced by different sections of the society .

Prerequisites
Strong written & oral communication skills. Knowledge of social networking. Strong interpersonal and management skills. Sense of humor and engaging writing style. Self motivated and able to work independently in a constantly changing environment. Reliable, committed to finish a job once started.
