    Daily Tasks

    Attending the meetings and training sessions and preparing the minutes, linkage with different Auroville units, updating the web-page, documentation, preparing newsletter for AVAG, scheduling the meetings when needed etc.

    Skills gained

    The Volunteer will get to experience the in and out of the challenges involved in implementing a rural development project. Will get to see the rural communities and their issues closer. Will have an understanding of the relationship between Auroville and its neighbors.

    Academic thinking level; Self motivated and able to organize its own workflow. Interest in the work for rural people. Flexible in the approach and open to learn. Excellent listening skills. Reliable, commitment to finish a job once started
