Hospitality/Guest Coordination
Daily Tasks
Respond to guest inquiries (phone, e-mail, walk-ins); assist with guest bookings; register and orient guests; manage keys and payments; check on rooms; occasional team meetings
Skills gained
Volunteers will learn about Auroville and its guest sector, and be exposed to many facets of the Hospitality industry (Vérité is oriented to health and wellness and also offers workshops, classes programs, and therapies); customer relations; teamwork; digitalization of guest house operations

Prior courses in Hospitality are a plus, but not required
