Daily tasks:

The daily task of the Volunteer depends on their own committed activity in the Centre, such as helping with Desktop activities, preparing & arranging materials & supplies, supporting indoor and outdoor works. Can also help in technical & hardware works.

Goal  and Expected outcomes:

To collaborate in the development of Kuilai Creative Centre with skills to support existing activities or bring in their expertise to initiate new programs which are in line with our goals. Additionally, they can create sources, guide and support for fund-raising. The Volunteer should commit and show their involvement with a broad-mind, without any hesitations.

Daily tasks: Part of the task is office work: keep the contact and update the clients, answer the mails, organize exhibitions,..other part is field work which includes travelling and visiting clients and being in contact with local rural craft.
at Verite
Daily tasks:

Respond to guest inquiries (phone, e-mail, walk-ins); assist with guest bookings; register and orient guests; manage keys and payments; check on rooms; occasional team meetings

Daily tasks: Assistance with meals, medicines, housework, and social care giving. Organizing transport, attendance, or treatment or clinic visits, shopping, social events in Auroville. To make sure of their weekly personal hygiene. Assisting for activity individually or in group, like yoga for elderly, brain gym, gymnastics, singing.
Daily tasks:

Open and run the shop (cash, digital payment, daily cleaning, keep the shop nice and tidy and make sure all items are visible and well arranged), talk with visitors about the upcycled products in the shop and through it about green practices and green activities happening in Auroville.
According to the volunteers could also be running upcycling workshop, posting on social media, creating posters and booklet.

Daily tasks:

• Planning, preparation, set up and break down of administrative tasks (e.g. registration, book keeping) for a wide variety of programs. • Promotion of the events, posting the events on various social media platforms, posting hard copy announcements, researching /contacting new markets • Tracking data on all program activities, assisting bookkeeper with data collection and account reconciliation • Outreach, correspondence, communication with teachers, facilitators and therapists for presenting their work at Vérité • Attending phone calls, responding to emails, interfacing with Vérité guests, and presenters, registration of participants • Quality control of the facilities and equipment, checking on inventory • Issuing Aurocards (plastic money), giving orientation tours, coordinating and administering group’s use of programming halls, etc. For the many international groups that Vérité hosts throughout the year • Interfacing between various departments such as maintenance, kitchen, garden etc. • Occasional assistance to the Guest house coordinator for orientation and registration of guests.
