Daily Tasks
Collaborate with kitchen and garden staff to make meals (main focus on lunchtime tiffin service). Collaborate with our health & nutrition researchers to develop and test recipes and develop prepared food products.
Skills gained
Deepening and integrating knowledge of health, nutrition, international (fusion) cuisine, organic food production. Entrepreneurship skills: production, promotion and launching of new products and services. Documentation skills: developing multimedia teaching and training materials
