History & Today’s organization
Auroville Energy Products was founded by German electronic engineer Carsten Michelsen and concentrates on three activities : consultancy on renewable energy technologies with a focus on Solar PV systems, capacity building, and component supply of high quality with life cycle service. AEP has provided renewable energy systems from Eastern Africa to the Pacific.
Vision & Missions
AEP follows one of Auroville’s stated missions by promoting and supplying clean and renewable energy sources. To do so, AEP collaborates with other Auroville units as well as international partners.
