Naturellement Garden Café

The Garden café is part of our social enterprise, Naturellement, serving vegetarian and vegan dishes from all around the world. We strive to use as many organically grown ingredients as possible.  Auroville farms provide us with eggs, milk, cheese, seasonal fruits and vegetables, while greens and herbs come from our own kitchen garden. Using organic flour, our in-house bakery is making breads, cakes and cookies as well as desserts.

In our kitchen we avoid using refined oils, instead we use extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed coconut oil, butter and homemade ghee. We make everything from scratch, such as vegan mayonnaise, ketchup, pasta, ravioli, etc.

Established in 1991, Naturellement is producing natural/organic handcrafted food products, available throughout India.

Over 40 products in all, our extensive product line ranges from jams to breakfast cereals, fruit syrups to condiments, All our products are made in small batches with carefully selected high quality raw material, organic and locally sourced if available.
